Payment of heating and service charges

The monthly rent includes an advance payment for heating and service charges. This payment consists of costs for energy and/or water consumption as well as service charges, e.g. for cleaning communal areas and maintaining green spaces. Every year, you will receive a final statement by 1 July.

If you live in accommodation with a communal heat supply, you will pay heating charges to Woonpunt or Ista Nederland. Ista measures energy consumption on behalf of Woonpunt and settles the costs.
